The RED CAD APP is designed for use on local computers or laptops. The reason for this is the high demands placed on the CPU (processor). Many processors used on terminal or cloud servers cannot meet these requirements, which leads to performance losses.

The clock frequency is crucial for smooth performance. The RED CAD APP mainly uses the CPU, while the graphics card plays only a minor role.
Processor type:
Intel Core i series or AMD from Ryzen 3 onwards are supported, but not ARM processors.
Graphics card:
The GPU load is very low, so no special graphics card is required.
Operating system:
Windows from Win7 SP1 onwards, 64-bit recommended, (.NET Framework: 4.8 or newer) macOS is not compatible (only with virtual machine)
Memory:
8GB RAM or more recommended
